I can't tell you how many times I hear this, my credit is not great. I probably can't qualify to purchase a home, and my answer is always the same, let's find out. The truth is, you do not need perfect credit to buy a home. There are FHA loans that go down to 580 credit score. But here's the key information. Is power, and most people disqualify themselves before they even talk to a professional. That's why I'm hosting this seminar to give you the facts and not the fear I will have a knowledgeable loan officer at the seminar that has been. And we'll cover minimum credit scores and how to boost your credit score if needed, how to qualify even with past bankruptcies collections and even previous short sells of a past home that you sold. now let's get into the real estate stats for July 4, Southern Nevada, there were 2021 single family homes that sold. $485,000 was the median price of all single family homes sold 3242 was the number of new single family home listings. 519,900 was the median price of all the new single family homes on the market now. $549,900 was the median price of all available single family homes, both new and not new on the market, excluding offers and 56% of all single family homes that sold went from available to under contract with a buyer in 30 days or less. Now let's switch over to townhomes and condos. There were 547 Condos and townhomes combined, that sold, $290,000 was the median price of all condos and townhomes combined. That sold, there were 938 new condo and townhome listings combined. $296,500 was the price of all new condo and townhome listings combined. Now $279,900 was the median price of all condos and townhomes combined, both new and not new on the market, excluding offers and 47.5% of all condos and townhomes combined that sold went from available to under contract with a buyer in 30 days or less.
